Even though RadarOnline.com obtained exclusive footage that showed Louis Tomlinson's beatdown with a photographer, it's still not enough proof for the singer to take the blame.
According to the police report obtained by The Sun, the One Direction singer told cops he doesn't remember specific details about the altercation.
"I may have taken him down, I'm not sure, but I remember, we both fell to the floor," Tomlinson told police hours after his arrest on March 3 at the Los Angeles International Airport.
However, RadarOnline.com's eyewitness caught a very telling account of what really happened — on camera!

The shocking footage shows the 25-year-old star aggressively approaching the photographer, Karl Larssen, who refused to stop snapping photos of the singer and his on-off again girlfriend, Eleanor Calder. Larssen claimed Tomlinson "lifted my leg and then he hit me and I hit my own head," adding, "I was so disoriented and I heard everyone screaming."
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Tomlinson allegedly struck a second victim, Ana Becerra Herrera, who got into a fight with Calder for filming Tomlinson's fight. Herrera plans to press charges against him for "socking" her in the eye, leaving her with a bloody injury.
Since the throwdown, the 25-year-old singer has remained on lockdown inside his home as he comes to terms that he may face jail time for the meltdown. He's set to appear in court on March 29.
