Model Plastic Martyr Undergoes Gender Reassignment Surgery: ‘I Have Zero Regrets!’

Martyr underwent vaginoplasty and a tracheal shave with renowned surgeon Dr. Marci Bowers. “Obviously everyone knew I was transgender, transitioning when you're in the public eye isn't easy, as people like Caitlyn Jenner can agree,” Martyr told RadarOnline.com.

"I received so much discrimination from Hollywood over the years from casting directors, and producers, from managers, and even fans of shows I've been on,” The Little Women: LA villainess and Transparent star told RadarOnline.com. “I also received a lot of love from people in Hollywood too.” Leah Remini and Rose McGowan are among the stars to send her well wishes after the surgeries.

“Having had this surgery, my transition is now 100% complete,” the model added. “I now no longer identify as ‘trans,’ I'm now fully female and hope the rest of the world can respect and honor me as one.”
