Rinna, 54, worked with celebrity stylist Julius Michael to add 14 inches of Hidden Crown Hair clip-in extensions. She debuted her look during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
Michael shared his work on Instagram, referring to it as “Transformation Tuesday” and declaring that he and Rinna “love changing it up!”
The style savant used extensions rather than a full wig.
In another post, Michaels shared a behind-the-scenes video of the process to take apart Rinna’s look.

According to PEOPLE, who spoke to Rinna before the show, the reality star hadn't let her hair grow that long in nearly two decades.
"The last time I grew my hair out was when I had my daughter Delilah Belle. So 19 years ago!" Rinna told the magazine. "It was time, what the hell!"
Michaels has styled other women in the Real Housewives franchise, including Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Danielle Staub and Ramona Singer.
But it was a case of hair today, gone tomorrow.
