Lipo, Face-Lifts, Tummy Tucks And More -- Hollywood Plastic Surgeons Tell All!

Nicollette Sheridan: While she denies undergoing plastic surgery, experts say the 49-year-old stunner isn’t fooling anybody. Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Fleming said her breasts seem to have exploded in the past 20 years—and that doesn’t happen naturally. Dr. George Boris, a Los Angeles-area nip and tuck expert, believes the Desperate Housewives star has “had a nose job, a face-lift and lip enhancements.” New York plastic surgeon Adam Kolker, M.D., also suspects that Nicollette keeps her fresh-faced look with regular Botox injections.

Star Jones: The former View hostess, 51, famously got gastric bypass surgery in 2003 when she hit a scale-busting 310 pounds. After dropping 160 pounds, Star admitted she had “liposuction, a tummy tuck, a breast-lift and some other stuff done,” as a direct result of her huge weight loss. But several years ago, cosmetic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn said Star needed another breast-lift, more work on her stomach, a lower body-lift to remove thigh skin and other skin-tightening procedures. So has Star had any more work done? Only her plastic surgeon(s) know for sure!

Courtney Love: The grunge star denies it, but sources say she put the finishing touches on a dramatic 52-pound weight loss with liposuction. Courtney, 49, should get her money back.  She wound up with a stomach full of sagging skin, photos have revealed!

La Toya Jackson: Michael Jackson’s older sister, 57, has reportedly had her share of plastic surgery—and it looks like the list includes liposuction on her stomach. Dr. Toby Mayer, co-director of the Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery, said he’s never seen liposuction go so wrong. “All that wrinking on her upper abdomen is what happens when you remove too much fat,” said Dr. Mayer.

Tara Reid: The American Pie beauty, 37, has not only had breast augmentation, but also liposuction to smooth her stomach, and wound up with a bad case of belly wrinkles. Now the actress says, “I’m scared about getting surgery ever again. It’s like surviving a plane crash and getting on a plane again. My stomach scars are my battle wounds.”

Linda Evans: The former Dynasty star, 70, has overdone the nips and tucks, giving her an artificial look, said Dr. Anthony Griffin. Now, he said, she “appears to have had face-and brow-lifts because her forehead is way too high for a woman her age.” Dr. Griffin also believes she had too much filler—probably Restylane or collagen—injected into her lips. Her unusually rosy cheeks are likely due to laser resurfacint or chemical peels, Dr. Griffin said.

Donatella Versace: The designer, 58, has been criticized for her over-the-top facial procedures, and now her entire body looks “definitely disproportionate,” said Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon Dr. Toby Mayer. “It looks like she’s had breast implants that are sagging, giving her boobs a ‘rock in the sock’ look. It also appears that she’s had a tummy tuck after extensive liposuction, giving her a too-taut tummy on top of large thighs and thick ankles.”

Fergie: According to top Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon Dr. Richard Fleming, who has not treated Fergie, 38, the singer got plastic surgery—and it looks fab! “Fergie was developing a ‘turkey neck,’ and it my opinion, surgery corrected her hanging jowls. It certainly appears she’s had what we call a mini-face lift,” Dr. Fleming says.

Brigitte Nielsen: Sylvester Stallone’s ex-wife, now 50, let the whole world watch when she got a total-body makeover on live TV in Germany in 2008. “I’m getting a complete renewal—face-lift, eye-lift, fat injections in my face, liposuction, a breast-list—and I need new teeth,” Brigitte explained before undergoing multiple procedures for the reality series, From Old to New: Brigitte Nielsen in the Celebrity Clinic. Dr. Anthony Youn said it was great work and commented, “I think she looks at least 15 years younger.”

Ashlee Simpson: The singer, 28, said she always knew she’d get a nose job. And after she visited Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia, the bump and prominent tip of her old shnozz were gone. “I feel more confident than ever,” Ashlee gushed.

Demi Moore: The Striptease star, 50, reportedly had plastic surgery on her flabby, saggy knees in October 2006. The surgery, which involves removing excess fat and skin from the knee, only takes about 90 minutes and allegedly made Moore’s gams glam. But after looking at a photo of Demi just two years later, Dr. Anthony Griffin, who has appeared on ABC’s Extreme Makeover, said, “The skin has stretched back down and you can see that there is still some fat left.”

Kate Hudson: Plastic surgeon Dr. Steve Fallek, who has not treated the star, 34, says she has changed her nose. Before, “Hudson’s tip was very boxy, lacking any definition.  Now, her nose is much more refined,” he said.

Ashley Tisdale: The High School Musical star admits she had a plastic surgeon fix her honker, but claimed it was for health-related reasons. The 28-year-old said she had a deviated septum and two small fractures that interfered with her breathing. “Through the years, my nose was to the left of my face. There was something not right.”

Gennifer Flowers: Bill Clinton’s former mistress, 63, reportedly underwent a dramatic plastic surgery makeover that included a face-, brow- and eye-lift. Dr. Steve Fallek, a board-certified plastic surgeon from New Jersey, said Gennifer “had a brow- and face-lift, and has also had her eyes done, which is called blepharoplasty and involves removing excess skin from the upper and lower eyelids.” According to sources, the cabaret singer had surgery from Dr. Jason Diamond in Beverly Hills.
