Lindsay Lohan’s Conquest List: As In Touch recently reported, the star composed a list of 36 men she had slept with in Hollywood during a drunken kickback session with friends.  The list Lohan wrote in Jan. 2013 included the late Heath Ledger, James Franco, Adam Levine, Zac Efron, Justin Timberlake, Colin Farrell, Joaquin Phoenix, Wilmer Valderrama and 50 Shades of Grey star Jamie Dornan!

New Star, Same As The Old Star: In the first episode of her OWN reality show Lindsay, Lohan claimed to be making a fresh start.  But viewers saw that just 34 days out of alcohol rehab, Lohan stormed off the set of a film promoting a lingerie line.  Not liking her lines, Lohan pointed at producer Jeremy Frommer, shouting, “Listen to me!  Now I’m getting p***** off.   This is not what I signed up for.”  Lohan ultimately pulled out of the production.

Lohan Does London: In January 2014, a post-rehab Lohan sparked new concern when she looked disheveled while ambling out of London’s Shaken nightclub at 3:30 a.m.  But her reps insisted she wasn’t drinking.  “She was just very tired,” Lohan’s camp said, adding that the 27-year-old had just “come off a long flight from Shanghai” and stopped off at the nightspot for “a late dinner.”

Barron Hilton Beatdown: Paris Hilton’s brother, Barron, was badly beaten in Dec. 2013 at a party in a Miami mansion.  And Barron reportedly said the attack was ordered by Lohan, who was upset after being told he’d trash talked her.  Lohan allegedly started the chain of events that resulted in Hilton being beaten up by Ray LeMoine.

Lindsay Starts Her Slide: Lohan's life started to unravel around 2006, when, while filming Georgia Rule, she was hospitalized with her rep blaming "exhaustion and overheating."  However, a studio bigwig released a letter calling her "irresponsible and unprofessional,” and adding: "We are well aware that your ongoing all-night heavy partying is the real reason for your so called 'exhaustion'. We refuse to accept bogus excuses for your behavior."

First Rehab Stint: Lindsay Lohan checked herself into rehabilitation in Jan. 2007, announcing to the press that, "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health."  She spent 30 days in the program.  Previously, her rep had said Lohan was attending AA meetings.

Scrapes With The Law Begin: In May 2007, Lohan was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol when her car struck a curb.

Caught At Her Worst: In 2007, following Lohan crashing her car and getting busted for DUI, photographers caught Lindsay passed out in DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s car after partying.  Wearing a grey hoodie, her mouth open, Lohan showed she was on the road downhill.

Second Rehab Stint: After her May 2007 arrest, Lohan checked into Promises Treatment Center for 45 days.  She was voluntarily fitted with a SCRAM bracelet to monitor her sobriety.

Second Arrest: In July 2007, less than two weeks out of rehab, Lohan was arrested a second time on charges of possession of cocaine, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.   In August  2007, Lohan pleaded guilty to misdemeanor cocaine use and driving under the influence and was sentenced to an alcohol education program, community service, one day in jail, and placed on three years' probation.  The actress wound up spending just 84 minutes in jail in Nov. 2007 due to overcrowding.

Third Rehab: Lohan had her third stint in rehab from August to October 2007 at the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Sundance.

More Legal Drama:  After Lindsay Lohan went to the Cannes film festival to promote her movie Inferno, she skipped a court date in May 2010.  Her probation was revoked and a bench warrant was s issued for her arrest.  Lohan’s attorney claimed she couldn’t get back in time because "her passport was stolen." The bench warrant was rescinded after she posted bail.  A judge later determined that Lohan had violated the terms of her probation by missing several mandatory classes and meetings. In July 2010, she was sentenced to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days of inpatient rehab treatment. Lohan served only 14 days of the jail sentence, due to overcrowding.

Fourth Rehab:  Lohan’s legal woes continued in September 2010.  Her probation was revoked after she flunked a drug test which found cocaine in her system.  She spent less than a day in jail and then entered rehab at the Betty Ford Center where she remained until early Jan. 2011.  During rehab, a Betty Ford Center staff accused Lohan of attacking her but the charges were later dropped.

Theft Charge: In Feb. 2011, Lilo was charged with stealing a $2,500 gold necklace from a Venice, Calif. jewelry store.  In April, she was given 120 days in county jail and 480 hours of community service after a judge decided she had violated her probation on the 2007 DUI. At the same time, her necklace theft charge was knocked down to a misdemeanor.  In May 2011, Lohan was released from jail due to overcrowding and completed her sentence under house arrest.

Violating Probation: In November 2011, Lohan was found to have violated the terms of her probation by failing to perform the required community service. She was sentenced to additional community service and 30 days of jail, of which she served less than 5 hours due to overcrowding.

Car-azy: In Sept. 2012, Lindsay Lohan was arrested for hit and run after allegedly hitting a man with her Porsche outside of a New York nightclub, then fleeing the scene. But charges were later dropped due to insufficient evidence.

Lindsay Vs. Dina?:  The Mean Girls star and her mom, Dina Lohan, have had their ups and downs and in Oct. 2012, police were called over the two allegedly had an argument at Dina’s Long Island, N.Y. home.  However, no charges were filed in the incident

Lesbian Lohan:  In 2008, after months of hanging out, DJ Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan admitted to being in a relationship.  But the lesbian love didn’t last for Lindsay.  In fact, they had a bitter breakup, and Lohan went on Twitter to accused Ronson of cheating and using drugs.  Ronson’s mom later called Lindsay “psychotic.”  

Fears For Skinny Lindsay: Lindsay Lohan’s massive weight loss in 2005 sparked rumors of an eating disorder.  In a 2006 Vanity Fair interview, the magazine quoted her as saying she’d battled bulimia.  “I was sick. Everyone was scared.  I was scared, too,” Lohan said.  But bizarrely, Lohan later claimed she’d been misquoted by the respected national magazine and had never had bulimia.

What Has She Done To Her Face?: The Freaky Friday star looks freaky after apparently morphing her appearance through plastic surgery.  Lindsay Lohan’s cheeks and lips appear puffy, and plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher has said, "She looks like she has had an excessive amount of filler injected in her face," he says, adding, "I'm not a fan."

Career Takes A Beating: Lindsay Lohan’s legal troubles and rehab stints have done her career no favors.  In 2010, she was asked to leave her role in the film The Other Side with sources saying that the directors of the movie didn't think Lindsay was "bankable."  And Lohan was fired from her role as Linda Lovelace in another film.  She also got bad reviews for her 2012 TV movie, Liz & Dick, and her film The Canyons—in which her leading man was porn star James Deen!

Posing Nude: Lindsay Lohan appeared topless in the Jan. 2012 issue of Playboy in a provocative photo shoot that channeled Marilyn Monroe.  “Knowing yourself and your body is so important because it gives you confidence and in life, women need confidence,” the exhibitionist star said in the accompanying Playboy interview.

Hounded Over Tanning Bill: The owner of a Las Vegas tanning salon claimed Lohan owed him over $40,000 for a bill she racked up between 2007 and 2009.  And in 2011, Tanning Vegas reportedly sued Lindsay for the money.
