Slender Lilly-Rose hacked and heaved up a storm during her light stroll.
The teen clutched her tiny tummy as her sharp elbows jutted out of her skin.
At her tender age, Lily-Rose has already made giant leaps past the competition in the modeling world, despite being only 5'3.

She was recently named the face of the latest Chanel eyewear campaign.
However, her father has openly expressed concern for his daughter's career choice.
"To be honest, I'm quite worried," Johnny said.
"I wasn't expecting all this to happen to Lily-Rose, especially not at this age."
