Lily Aldridge, 32, has been very active during her second pregnancy!
This Monday, the brunette stunner was pictured leaving her luxurious hotel in Rome with a friend.
She wore a beautiful black floral romper, heels and a tight bun for the outing — though at the end of the night she left her hair loose to explore the romantic city streets.
Later that night, she was spotted enjoying an intimate yet lavish dinner with the friend and two men — and the mama-to-be was not just sipping on water.
Aldridge appeared to be drinking white wine with her appetizers before dashing off to the restroom to freshen her makeup.
While controversial, it's been said in various recent studies that pregnant women can enjoy the occasional glass of wine during their third trimester.

Aldridge's Italian outing comes just one month after she made headlines walking the Brandon Maxwell runway show with her protruding baby bump.
