Looks like all of that tucking and rolling has been good for action star Liam Neeson. The 63-year-old was looking well while on vacation in Los Cabos Mexico Nov. 15 --- clearly recovering after months of dramatic weight loss.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Neeson has been photographed in recent months looking scary skinny.
Now however, he appears to be on the mend, sunbathing in Mexico!
Neeson's weight loss was reportedly linked to his preparation for a new movie role.
"Neeson "is as healthy as ever and as hungry for work as ever," a source told RadarOnline.com.
"Neeson blames the weight loss on his changing diet, which was meant to just shave a bit off his beer gut for his movie 'Silence' but went a little too far."
"He cut a lot of calories and started just drinking black coffee," the insider shared.
