Surf's up! Liam Hemsworth made Miley Cyrus the envy of every woman when he was spotted surfing in Malibu.

Hemsworth, 27, donned a tight-fitting wetsuit that put his toned figure on full display for the beach day!

The songstress' father Billy Ray Cyrus sparked marriage rumors when he captioned an Instagram photo of Cyrus in a wedding gown, "I'm so happy… you are happy."

Mom Tish Cyrus denied the rumors in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. "If Miley was getting married it would not be in that dress," she quipped.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the on-again, off-again couple put the wedding on hold because of a disagreement over the pre-nup.

"Liam thinks it's only fair he get half Miley's fortune if they split up – or at least half what she makes during the marriage," a source told RadarOnline.com.

But Cyrus' team is refusing to agree with his terms. "There's a growing feeling within Miley's world that Liam's using her as a meal ticket and this is a huge red flag," the insider added.
