The new mom, 29, flaunted her post-baby body while hiking with husband Adam Brody, 36, and their daughter Arlo Day.
The four-month-old was strapped to her daddy's chest for the nearly two-hour long hike.
The Gossip Girl star proved she's already back in shape, keeping up the pace in a casual flannel and sweats.
The couple sported matching red outfits — how appropriate for the holiday season!
Meanwhile, former costar Blake Lively recently had a baby as well, though sources say the TV BFFs no longer speak to one another.
