Del Rey paid $200,000 over the asking price for the house in the hip Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The cabin style house was renovated by Leanne Ford, 37, and her husband Erik Ford, 35. The couple are now expecting their first baby together.
The home will be familiar to fans of their show and is California style. Painted in white paint, it features hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, and French doors that provide plenty of indoor-outdoor access.
A freestanding fireplace sits inside of an older stone frame and the kitchen has been equipped with a vintage sink, sleek appliances, and built-in shelving.
Built in 1911, the rustic residence sits on a shaded lot in scenic Elysian Heights.
The historic house was bought by Ford back in 2016 before being completely renovated.
Del Rey also owns two adjacent homes in the Hollywood Hills, which she purchased in 2016.
