Lamar Update: Odom Transferred To LA Hospital For Rehab, Kris Jenner Returns Home From Vegas & More On NBA Star's Recovery

Lamar Odom has officially been transferred to a Los Angeles hospital as of Monday night, with ex Khloe by his side of course. Meanwhile, former mother-in-law Kris Jenner returns home from Vegas. Get the latest on Odom's condition!
It's time for everyone to head home.
Kardashian "momager" Kris Jenner was spotted leaving Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, on her way back to Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, Lamar Odom was transported to Los Angeles via helicopter as of Monday night.
Ex Khloe Kardashian, who has overseen the former NBA star's medical proceedings as his legal wife, was by Odom's side for the transfer.
Odom was discharged from Sunrise Hospital less than a week after he was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Las Vegas.
But he isn't out of the woods yet. Back in California, the 35-year-old will receive additional treatment and undergo specialized care rehab.

"Lamar still can't walk but has left the hospital in a bed," a source told PEOPLE. "He's responsive, but there are so many things that could go wrong right now, and the doctors have still been guarded."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Khloe is said to have put her relationship with NBA star James Harden on hold during Lamar's recovery process.
