Before Lamar Odom overdosed on Tuesday, October 13, the former NBA star had been on a three-day party binge.
In exclusive photos of footage obtained by RadarOnline and the National ENQUIRER, the 35-year-old is spotted stumbling passed the Love Ranch security office.
Following two ranch employees, Odom seemed to be unsteady on his feet upon arrival.
A few minutes later, the former Lakers player made is way to the on-site bar.
In a shocking moment caught on camera, Odom pulls a baggie from his pocket.
The once reality star then seems to pop a pill into his mouth.
Odom arrived at the Love Ranch Saturday afternoon, where brothel owner Dennis Hof confirms that he drank from a bottle of cognac.
Nevada police have obtained the footage for further investigation.
The Nye County Sheriff's Department has also confirmed that Odom used both cocaine and herbal Viagra in the hours before his overdose.
As RadarOnline.com previous reported, the athlete had track marks on his arms when he was discovered unconscious at the Ranch at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Medical professionals treating the ex-NBA forward at the Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas confirmed the presence of drugs in his system, which noted that crack cocaine abuse was responsible for the fluid that had built up in his lungs.
After Odom was taken to the hospital, friends and family began to arrive in support of his recovery.
Former mother-in-law Kris Jenner and ex-wife Khloe Kardashian were some of the first on the scene.
Kobe Bryant was also seen at the hospital early on.
Since then, Odom's ex-lover, Liza Morales, along with daughter Destiny and son Lamar Jr., have arrived in Las Vegas.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Khloe is the sole beneficiary of Odom's life insurance policy.
Odom "has a $10 million life insurance policy, and under terms of the prenup, Khloe was to remain the sole beneficiary, even if the couple were to divorce," a source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com.
Meanwhile, the former NBA star was slated for a tense court hearing in New York City with ex Liza over custody and child support for their two children.

Other close friends and family have gathered around Odom for possible goodbyes, including the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan, sans Caitlyn.
Odom remains in critical condition at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, where – as insiders told RadarOnline.com – he is currently clinically brain dead.
Said one insider, "He has no brain activity."
Another added, "He is brain dead. The tests showed no function."
In addition, his kidneys are failing and he's been placed on dialysis.
