Lamar Odom's dire situation is not improving and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details about his "critical" condition -- and how they're treating his kids with ex Liza Morales.

Two days after Odom was found unconscious with blood running out of his nose in a Nevada brothel, a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively that his condition remains "critical."

The 35-year-old former NBA star is fighting for his life in the hospital and the source confirmed to RadarOnline.com that they are doing dialysis "non-stop for his failing kidneys."

Khloe Kardashian had not left his side, but the source told RadarOnline.com everyone was "preparing for the worst," as the situation remained grim for Odom.

Odom's father, ex-girlfriend and children were all interacting with Khloe the source said. "She was actually being respectful to his kids," Destiny and Lamar Jr., who finally arrived at the hospital with their mother, Liza Morales, after the E! reality star refused to send a private plane for their trip to see their father.

"Khloe is giving them alone time with their dad, but she is never far from the room, "the source told RadarOnline.com.

But momager Kris Jenner was still trying to control the situation the source told RadarOnline.com. "Kris is making sure that Liza and the rest of Lamar's family are never alone with the doctors."
