All eyes shifted later in the evening when Pop Star Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance at the mountainside dinner held at The Red Pine Lodge at The Canyons. The charitable star was on hand to support her fiancé, Kinney, and his efforts for Operation Smile. Gaga just returning from Paris Fashion Week rocked a pink fur and black and white hair. She was so moved by Dr Bill Magee's Mission that just $240 can change a child's life forever and repair a cleft lip, she offered to make a generous donation to cause. The recently engaged stars were chatting with event chair and NBC Entertainment President Jennifer Salke and son Henry who was born with a cleft lip. The 15 year old has been championing fundraising efforts determine to help others who are born with the same affliction in developing countries with no access to surgery.
