Lady Gaga has been spotted filming all over New York City in recent weeks, possibly for the upcoming season of American Horror Story.
Unfortunately, the 28-year-old suffered a severe wardrobe malfunction while stealthily changing in her limo.
As she removed her ice-blue dress, the singer showed us all that she really was "born this way," revealing some au naturale side-boob for cameras.
