The reality star teen went shopping with friends in New York City’s trendy Soho neighborhood in an oversized denim shirt, high-high leather boots and edgy fingerless gloves on September 5. The outfit was certainly inappropriate for the weather— It was 88 degrees and humid in NYC— but it also seemed to be all too much for a girl who just turned 17 last month.
