Kylie Jenner, 20, wrapped-up in baggy clothing and kept her head down as she visited the doctor's office in Beverly Hills.
The new mom wore a black canvas jacket with matching leggings while she wore her hair up with dark sunglasses shielding her face.
The reality star nails were painted bright red for her doctor's appointment while a bodyguard escorted her inside.
Her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, 38, also went undercover for the visit as she supported the first time mom.
RadarOnline.com recently reported that Kylie was obsessed with getting her figure back after giving birth to her daughter with rapper Travis Scott.
