Kourtney Kardashian, 37, spent the entire weekend soaking up the sun in Miami with her three children — Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and one-year-old son, Reign. "Kourtney just thinks that her family is all drama now and has been taking a step back from them to spend more time with her own family," said the source.
