Jenner, 60, has gone under the knife so many times that she may have irreparable damage, including being warned that she could end up looking like Michael Jackson. "I usually film it all," Jenner has said about her penchant for plastic surgery, admitting: "You have to do what makes you feel good."

But despite her claims that she has never had a nose job, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch is devastated by her plastic surgery nightmare. "Kris would love to get her pinched nose repaired, but she's been told it's beyond repair because she's had it nipped, tweaked and sculpted way too many times," a source told In Touch magazine.

"She was actually warned it could end up collapsing like Michael's did if she tries to fix it again," the source revealed.

"She keeps looking at 'before' and 'after' pictures and just cries," the source claimed about the divorced reality star. "She realizes now that she used to have a perfectly fine nose."
