Kody Brown Making Open House Appearance In Desperate Attempt To Sell Las Vegas Homes

Kody Brown is taking desperate measures to sell his three Las Vegas homes. The Sister Wives star has had trouble selling Janelle, Meri and Christine’s homes, as they have been on the market for months with several price cuts. RadarOnline.com has learned Kody will be attending the open houses in an effort to bring in potential buyers!
Fourth wife Robyn posted a commercial for her husband’s appearance. “Hi I’m Tom Love and I invite you to see these three beautiful homes,” the real estate agent said of the Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10 showings.
He added with Kody by his side, “I’m sure you’ve seen them many times on Kody’s hit TV show. Please come see these open houses.” Kody added, “Love to see you there!”
As RadarOnline.com has extensively reported, the Brown family has had trouble selling their homes.
Christine’s home was put on the market on July 11, 2018 for $675,000. The price was cut to $649,000 on September 12, 2018. It was lowered again to $639,000 on November 1, 2018. The price was cut a final time on January 16 for $614,900.
As for Janelle, her home has been on the market since October 9, 2018 for $649,000. The price was cut to $599,900 on January 22.
Meri’s home has been on the market since January 17, 2019. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is listed for $599,900.
Fortunately for Robyn, her home was on the market for nearly a month before it was sold for the asking price of $619,900.
The family has moved to Flagstaff, Arizona. Meri is renting a home for $2,975 a month, Janelle is paying $2,900 a month and Robyn is paying $3,500 a month. As for Christine and Kody, they purchased a three-bedroom home for $520,000.
The family is living in temporary homes until the houses they are building are complete. As RadarOnline.com reported, the family purchased a plot of land to be split into four parcels for $820,000 in June.
