Kirstie Alley looked fitter than she has in years when she showed up for an appearance on the Today in New York.
Alley had hoped to lose 30 pounds in 2014.
But she ended up shedding over 50!
“I lost it on Jenny Craig,” revealed Alley.
My goal is to keep this and maintain this throughout my life,” insisted the Jenny Craig spokesperson.
“You know, when I used to do drugs, it took me a while to quit, quit, quit — and then it was done,” she said. “And I feel like that's occurred for me with my weight now."

Time will tell if Alley is able to stop from yo-yo dieting. "I have an easy time gaining weight, and I actually have an easy time losing weight,” she has said.
So what’s her resolution for this new year? "Kirstie wants to hook up in 2015,” she joked.
