Kim Zolciak Shares Sexy Snap For Her Fourth Wedding Anniversary

It's getting hot in here! Kim Zolciak took to Instagram to celebrate her fourth wedding anniversary with husband Kroy—but she wasn't the only one getting cozy! The reality star's newly single daughter was also spotted with a new man.

Keeping the love alive! Kim Zolciak showed Instagram followers that she's still having a very sexy marriage with husband Kroy, as the couple celebrated four years of marriage together.

"He is EVERYTHING," Zolciak captioned her photo of the pair, married at their Atlanta home in 2011.

But it hasn't all been good times for the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 37-year-old landed in the hospital Sept. 24 after suffering what she dubbed a "mini-stroke" (or TIA, short for Transient Ischemic Attack) that left her "completely numb" on her left side, and her speech "gone."

The mother-of-six dropped out of Dancing with the Stars Sept. 29 after her doctors recommended she not take an Atlanta-to-Los Angeles flight, and was upset that she didn't get to take the floor one last time.

Zolciak soon underwent successful heart surgery, telling fans: "I can't wait to be back on my feet 100%! Glad it's over!"

Meanwhile, the Zolciak made sure to post a photo of her daughter Brielle getting cozy with reality star Chase Chrisley of Chrisley Knows Best.

"These two cuties," Zolciak captioned the darling pic.

Interestingly, Brielle split from her boyfriend Slade Osborne in early October.
