Birthday Blowup! Kim Zolciak Sued By Party Planner After Daughter Brielle’s Bash

Long before Kim Zolciak’s daughter Brielle Biermann celebrated her birthday with plastic surgery, she ushered in her 11th year on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. But in typical fashion, her reality star mom was sued over the dramatic festivities! Find out what happened in RadarOnline.com’s gallery.
Kim Zolciak, 39, tried to throw Biermann an over-the-top birthday on the first season of RHOA — but fell flat on her delivery.
She arranged for Biermann and her friends to ride in a limo, get pampered at a hotel and throw a fashion show, but it all went completely wrong behind the scenes.
On the show, she blamed her party planner for being over an hour late and was even caught running off to the bar while Biermann’s friends went wild to cope with her stress.
But, things didn’t get better once the cameras stopped rolling.
The party planner, Audrienne Light, sued Zolciak in 2008 for $3,000 after the reality star refused to pay the balance on her contract, according to Fulton County, Ga. documents obtained by RadarOnline.com exclusively! READ THE DOCUMENTS HERE
“I was disappointed with the entire experience,” Zolciak wrote in her own court documents requesting $20,000 from the planner. “My daughter’s birthday was ruined. I was humiliated on national television.”

She detailed how the party planner destroyed the day, saying that she did not provide any of the services requested. Zolciak claimed she had to set up the cake delivery, fashion show and payment for the hotel room herself.
“The entire event was sloppy and chaotic. At the hotel the girls were running out in the hallways unsupervised, Mia the nanny and I had to keep an eye on all of them repeatedly,” she said. “At the end of day, at the hotel, the girls had nothing to drink, one of the chaperones ordered bottles of water without permission, water that was charged to the room at the cost of $400.”
“Audrienne didn’t have things under control at all,” she continued. “It started with Audrienne being late with her arrival, arranging limo, and throughout the day, every time something unexpected came up…the party planners seemed lost, running around. Audrienne should have been prepared for the unexpected as well, instead couldn’t answer our questions.”
“Overall I was disappointed with the entire experience and felt bad for my daughter Brielle,” she concluded. “I had promised her an extraordinary day and it turned out differently, and I hold responsible A Delightful Affair. I hired a party planner to alleviate the stress, so I would be able to enjoy my day with my daughter. I spent thousands on this day only for it to be an embarrassment to me, my daughter, her guests and friends.”
The case was ultimately dismissed because the party planner and Zolciak reached an agreement prior to their trial date.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Zolciak continues to struggle with her money and was recently sued by her holiday decorator for not coughing up the cash for her bill.
