Although the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star gave birth to her son Saint West in December, she seems to be struggling to lose the baby weight four months later.

While Kim revealed she dropped 42 pounds in March, she has felt "overwhelmed" by trying to reach her goal weight. "She's in really bad shape and sometimes has to be dragged out of bed," a source told RadarOnline.com. "She'll burst into tears over nothing and then lash out and storm off to her bedroom, where she'll stay for hours."

Meanwhile, her older sister Kourtney has had no problem showing off her trim and toned body alongside her friends Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck!

The trio went to dinner to celebrate the 37-year-old's birthday on April 17.

No Scott? No problem! The single stunner had all eyes on her during the night out in a black and white fur coat months after splitting from her baby daddy Disick.
But the group isn't spending all their time at Iceland hotspots, as they've been seeing the sights!
Trendy tourists! The friends were all smiles while posing in front of Iceland's gorgeous views.
This is the second time this month the family has jetted off to a cold destination.
In the beginning of April, they hit the slopes while in Vail, Colorado.
