Ratings for Keeping up with the Kardashians are lower than ever, but Kim Kardashian has a secret plan to save the show that made her famous! After signing a multi-million-dollar deal to stay on reality TV, Kardashian is secretly planning a pregnancy plot, multiple sources told RadarOnline.com.

A source close to Kardashian, 36, told RadarOnline.com, "She loves kids and wants more. She really could have a lot."

Said the source, "She wants to have it herself but she is keeping her options open." Indeed, Kardashian said she was going to "explore surrogacy" in a sneak peek for next week's episode of KUWTK.

"She wanted to do it quietly and surprise the world when baby 3 was born, but Kris convinced her otherwise because they really needed this push for ratings," said the insider.

For now, she's weighing her options. "Kim said that the best part about using a surrogate is that she does not have to get fat," the second source told RadarOnline.com.

But according to the source, adoption is off the table. "As of right now, adoption is not something that she or Kanye want because they really want all of their children to be blood related," said one insider.
