The website MediaTakeOut.com is suspicious of the slimmer look Kardashian, 36, showed in public on March 11.
A source told MTO News, "She lost way too much butt and too much boob, I don't think that was through diet alone."
Earlier this year, RadarOnline.com reported that Kardashian might have gone against husband Kanye West's wishes and gotten boob reduction surgery. In January, she showed off a flatter chest, onlookers noticed.
Top plastic surgeons, who haven't treated Kardashian, told RadarOnline.com they thought she'd had butt implants taken out. There's long been speculation about whether Kardashian's famous booty is real.
After looking at photos of Kardashian in February, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Michael K. Obeng, MD -- who has NOT worked on Kim--told RadarOnline.com, "Yes Kim K. appears to have had her implants removed. It's evident by the lack of fullness and roundness of her buttocks, not to mention the sagginess of the lower pole of her buttocks."
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also has had trouble with her breasts, as RadarOnline.com has reported. After having two kids and breast feeding with the both of them, Kardashian "really feels like her boobs have gotten out of hand," an insider said.
According to RadarOnline.com's source, Kardashian has said that her boobs hurt her back "and she cannot live with the fact that she is starting to get stretch marks on her breasts." But hubby West, 39, whose mother Donda died in 2009 after routine plastic surgery, didn't want her to get work done, sources said.
