Kim Kardashian Reveals Post-Baby Body After Giving Birth To Saint West

Kim Kardashian has been reclusive since Dec. 5 when she gave birth to her second child, Saint West, but now, the queen of reality television has emerged from her palace, giving fans a sneak peak of her post-baby body.
The 35-year-old and her hubby Kanye took little Saint for a doctor's visit Dec. 17.
Kardashian dressed in all black with the exception of one of her go-to camel colored coats.

She wore her hair in braids just like her adorable two-year-old daughter North, who went along for the ride.

Kanye, 38 did some heavy lifting as well, toting Saint in his carseat, which was covered to protect from the cold and/or paparazzi flashes.
Kardashian also had a little snack while they were out, sucking on what appeared to be a lollipop!
