Kim Kardashian, 37, celebrated fourth of July with husband Kanye West and their kids North, Saint, and Chicago West by going on a mini vacation to a “very conservative'” private lakeside resort.
They stayed in a cabin for about four days along with momager Kris Jenner.
Kim was caught getting off a speed boat and stepping onto a dock before making her way back to a waiting SUV.
She wore a summery black dress and seemed to be sporting a fiery leg rash, likely caused by her psoriasis.
The star has previously opened up about her itchy skin condition, but rarely shows signs of it in public.

She recently posted a series of videos of her and her friends trying to wakeboard, as well as some sexy photos of her in a blue bikini.
