The sleek socialite, who showed off her cleavage with a plunging top, appeared to promote Hype Energy USA, an energy drink. She told People while she can't drink it now that she's expecting, she used to guzzle it ahead of workouts.
The expectant mom's emerging baby bump was slightly visible in the latex skirt.
The 34-year-old's curves were well-complemented by the flesh-colored get-up.
The busty beauty received an ovation normally reserved for singers like Blake Shelton in the country music capital.
The reality TV superstar looked her best despite recent health woes including morning sickness and what she told the magazine was "a slight case of laryngitis."
Kim admitted it's a hypersensitive time for her, saying, "I'm at that stage of pregnancy where everything is making me sick, even just the smell of things."
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, showing a cute grin, vowed she's "really going to try to enjoy this pregnancy more" than she did during her first pregnancy with daughter North.
