OUTRAGEOUS! Kim & Kourtney Kardashian Park In Handicapped Spot & Text While Driving As Cops Look On

Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney Kardashian seem to think the rules don't apply to them! The two sisters parked in a handicapped spot, texted while driving, and asked cops to take a photo for them during a recent outing, and RadarOnline.com has a gallery of the outrageous photos.

With her daughter North in her tutu, Kim parked her vehicle outside The Cheesecake Factory in a handicapped spot.
The blue handicapped sign was clearly visible in front of the chain restaurant where Kim and Kourtney both parked their cars.
With no regard for the law, the girls flaunted their celebrity status by illegally parking their luxury rides. But cops didn't seem to care: They were even given a police escort back to their cars!
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars parked in spots usually reserved for people with handicaps who have legally obtained a special permit from the DMV.

Infraction #2 – Kim was then spotted texting while driving on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles, a big no no and totally illegal in California.
