Kardashian, 38, and West, 41, are purchasing unit 5A in 18-story luxury beachfront building Faena House for $14 million, Page Six reported.

The purchase is convenient for the reality star and rapper, as they are often in Miami. West attends annual Art Basel Miami Beach, while Kardashian often vacations there.
The pricey purchase comes after RadarOnline.com reported they are having marital problems after West’s December rant against rapper Drake. “The more crap Kanye talks, the more and more Kim feels unsafe,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “Kanye continues to throw Kim and her family into the fire and she is constantly getting threats and harassment. It is just past the point if getting old and Kim is so fed up with all of this.” The insider added Kardashian “can’t do this much longer.”
