Kardashian, 37, and West, 40, hit-up Craig's Restaurant in West Hollywood as the pair enjoyed some quality time together.
Kim wore her platinum blonde locks loose and dressed in a black top with grey jeans and matching thigh high boots.
Kanye was also casually dressed in a matching outfit that he teamed with a faded denim jacket.
The pair seemed in good spirits as they left the restaurant holding hands and chatting with one another.
They told waiting reporters that they would 'love to' attend Paris Hilton's forthcoming wedding.
