Kim Kardashian was spotted yesterday walking through LAX in a formfitting white dress. While the mother-be-has baffled fans recently with her here today, gone tomorrow baby bump, it seemed that on this particular occasion, Kardashian was feeling the pain of pregnancy!
Kardashian seemed to clutch her back in pain as she walked through the airport.
She appeared uncomfortable as she wrapped an arm around her bulging belly.
It must be quite difficult to carry around the weight of a growing baby and a giant rock of a wedding ring at the same time!
Luckily, she had other people to carry her bags for her!
