While hosting the annual Kardashian Christmas party at her home in Calabasas, Calif., on Dec. 24, the 38-year-old flaunted a massive diamond ring that looks identical to the one that was stolen when she was robbed at gunpoint two years ago in Paris. Kardashian was all glammed out at her family's Christmas Eve party! After posting a short clip to her Instagram story — which showed the reality star with a massive diamond ring on her right hand — fans began to buzz about the ring and how much it resembles the engagement ring she had stolen in Paris in 2016.
According to a source close to the Kardashian family, the ring's resemblance is no coincidence. "Kim had a replica ring made of the one she had robbed because she just loved it so much," the insider said. "Although she didn't want her fans to know, it was obvious because she was wearing a diamond half the size of her hand."
As fans know, on Oct. 3, 2016, Kardashian was held at gunpoint by five burglars who took two cellphones and approximately $10 million worth of jewelry, including the $4 million diamond ring. "Kim did get a lot of diamonds back when they caught the robbers, but the ring itself was broken down, so she was forced to recreate it," the source told RadarOnline.com.

Following the heist, the formerly flashy star swore that the experience had changed her forever on an episode that aired on KUWTK! She even insisted that she had become "allergic" to jewelry, as reported by RadarOnline.com.
While appearing on Ellen in April 2017, the mother of three said, "It was probably no secret, you see it on the show, me being flashy, but I was definitely materialistic before," she said. "I'm so happy that my kids get this me. And that this is who is raising my kids. Because I just don't care about that stuff anymore, I really don't."
Shortly thereafter, on May 1, 2017, Kardashian attended the Met Gala in NYC wearing no jewelry at all!
