Before Kim Kardashian was famous for her enormous butt, she was just a shadow of her current self, reveals a video exclusively uncovered by RadarOnline.com. Click through the gallery to see how the reality star’s behind looked before fame — and injections!
Filmed on a 2003 Mexican getaway to celebrate turning 23, Kardashian clearly didn’t always have her impressive booty and curvaceous figure.
Stills from footage shot on the trip show Kardashian frolicking in tiny shorts and tight skirts revealing every inch of her clearly less-impressive curves.
Still, Ray J, who was on the trip, certainly seemed to like what he saw.
He joked on camera, “You gotta show us the back of that dress…You smashing J.Lo! It’s like J. who? … J. Ho!”

Despite his praise, Kardashian’s backside is a far cry from its current shape and size.
Rumors about Kardashian’s voluptuous figure have swirled through the years thanks to old shots of the formerly smaller star.
Though she’s always denied it, Kardashian recently partially admitted that she had been getting butt injections. According to the KUWTK star, in 2007, “I went to go get a cortisone shot in my butt” to help with psoriasis.
Kardashian admitted she still gets injections “every few years” to help her with the skin condition.
Despite her then-smaller size, Ray J had no complaints.
