"Kim wants the impossible – a big butt, but also a thigh gap," a source tells RadarOnline.com.
"It's impossible to achieve both through exercise, so she has her inner thigh fat CoolSculpted at least twice a year, at $4k a pop."
Cool Sculpting involved literally freezing unwanted fat away, with no surgery or downtime.
It's growing increasingly popular in Hollywood, where more and more celebs are looking for ways to enhance or improve their bodies without invasion.
Kardashian wants her fans to idolize her body, and think it's all done through natural, good old-fashioned hard work, but according to the source, "that's totally not true."
"This, on top of her regular fillers and other cosmetic enhancements must make her plastic surgery bill skyrocket."
