Looking disheveled, Kardashian needed help going into Justin Bieber's Grammys party at West Hollywood hotspot The Nice Guy in the wee hours after the Feb. 15 show.
The 31-year-old was held up by her handler as she entered the party.
Did the Kocktails with Khloe star get the party started before hitting up the gig?
In a black jumpsuit with a plunging neckline the reality star's hair was askew as she entered the night club. "I don't like the taste of alcohol like that, so if I drink, I drink for intent," Kardashian once told Elle magazine.
Kardashian was arrested for DUI in 2007 and has been a harsh critic of Lamar Odom's drug and alcohol use. But she doesn't take the same tough stance on her own boozy habits. "Like, I don't care to just have a glass of wine. No, I want to get f--king buzzed or drunk," explained Kardashian.

Her tussled appearance sparked rumors that Kardashian was drunk when she arrived at the party.
Kardashian has explained what she does to get her drink on: "It's like, I'm normally good, but when I'm ready, I'm going to drink my vodka or shots. I'm going to drink."
