Khloe Kardashian is ready to launch the third season of her reality show Revenge Body on July 7, and the reality star knows just how hard it is to get in tip-top shape in the face of life’s challenges.
Khloe, who has had a history of her weight going up and down through the years, recently admitted she had an especially hard time after the birth of her and her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson's now-6-month-old daughter, True.
“You think, ‘Oh, you’re gonna have a baby and all of its gonna come out’ and leave the hospital and you’re like, ‘What is going on? Why do I still have all this weight?’” Khloe, who gained 40 pounds while expecting, said in a YouTube teaser to promote Revenge Body.
“My focus is True and just really immersing myself in motherhood,” she added. “But I completely relate to the daunting thought of ‘Now I have to go work out, where do I start?'”
