One thing Kardashian won't touch is her huge post-baby booty — which she flaunted during a stroll with True in a Cleveland park on May 6. "Khloé's butt is huge!" said a source. "But the way she sees it, there's more of her to love. Her derriere has gone up and down in size over the years depending on how hard she's working out, and the word is she had butt implants at one point."

"But she likes the way she looks now and she's starting to get outside and get moving," continued the source. "She's feeling more confident. She's focused on True — and her relationship."

Although her daughter's birth should be the happiest time of her life, sources spilled Kardashian is blaming herself for Thompson's betrayal. "She's been beating herself up over Tristan's cheating and blaming herself, saying she's too ugly or a terrible lover," an insider revealed to RadarOnline.com. "Still, she's decided to stay in Cleveland and give Tristan another chance. But Khloé is convinced there must be something wrong with her, because every boyfriend seems to end up cheating on her."
