Khloe Kardashian has insisted her curves are all natural, claiming, “I’ve always had an a**.” But after new pics showed her looked more booty-ful than ever before, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon told RadarOnline.com that it appears the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has had her God-given "buttocks enhanced" with a procedure commonly known as a Brazilian Butt Lift!

“Recent photos of Khloe Kardashian suggest that she may have had cosmetic surgery for enhancement of the buttocks,” Dr. Neal Handel, MD, who has not treated Kardashian, claims.

“Of course, the patient must have adequate ‘donor’ areas where fat can be harvested,” Dr. Handel says. Here, Kardashian shows off her famous derriere, which looks a bit lower than the one she has today.

“Because her waistline looks slimmer, it raises the possibility that fat was harvested from the abdomen using liposuction and then injected into the buttocks,” Dr. Handel alleges.
