No Carbs Copycat! Khloe Steals Sister Kim’s Diet Routine To Shed Last Baby Pounds

Khloe Kardashian has undergone a drastic slim-down since giving birth to True, and RadarOnline.com has learned it’s all thanks to her sister Kim’s diet! Khloe has been trying to get back to her pre-baby weight since her daughter was born last April. "It’s sooooo hard!!!” she complained on her KhloeWithAK App. “I have about 17 pounds of weight left to lose, and then I want to tighten my muscles back up." And while she said she's eating healthy and working out, "some days are harder than others," she noted, adding, "But, for now, I’m just not putting pressure on myself and enjoying being a mommy. I know I’ll hit my fitness goal — and it will feel sooooo good!” Now, as she struggles to shed the last few pounds, Khloe has turned to Kim for inspiration and encouragement. “Khloe works out harder than any of her sisters,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “But she’s been in awe of how much weight Kim has lost recently.
The source told noted Khloe is following Kim’s low-carb diet to the letter, and she rarely cheats.
“Khloe is trying to eat nothing but protein, healthy fats and vegetables and Kim is constantly texting her with encouragement.”
Kim said she has recently dropped to 116 pounds and has a well-rounded diet.
“They are spurring each other on by comparing waist sizes,” the source confessed.
Khloe is determined to become just as tiny as her sister!
It’s intense by anyone’s standards, but Khloe has been obsessed with getting her figure back to its best,” the insider revealed.
And, so far, said the source, “she’s delighted with the results.”
