Kendra and Hank paid $1,677,500 for their Calabasas-area property in July 2011, but their marriage imploded. After she filed for divorce this spring, following nine years of marriage, they listed the mansion for sale.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, real estate records revealed that divorcing Kendra, 33, and Hank, 35, put the home on the market on June 19 for $2,495,000. The property features five bedrooms and six baths in a gated community.
But it wasn't snapped up by a buyer so on July 10, the Basketts lowered the price to $2,395,000, a full $100,000 price cut! Kendra and Hank’s mansion was seen on their reality show.
Time to downsize? So far, there is no season 7 planned for Wilkinson's reality show Kendra On Top, and with financial pressure building, the star might need to onload the 5,295 square foot house fast! It boasts a sweeping staircase, large formal dining room and coffered ceilings in living room with a fireplace. Hank and Kendra had also had enjoyed his and hers walk-in closets!
Real estate records reveal that there are around 30 homes for sale in Kendra and the former NFL player's ritzy neighborhood, and some have been on the market for more than a year. That makes it a tough sell for the split up pair. According to a RadarOnline.com source, they fought over finances, infidelity, and their TV presence before throwing in the towel.
Facing a buyer's market in their area, Kendra and Hank clearly decided slashing the price of their house was the way to go. In their April 2018 divorce papers, the two requested joint legal custody of their two children — son Hank Jr., 8 and daughter Alijah, 3.
Divorcing couples often must take far less than their original house asking price to wrap up their financial affairs, and Kendra and Hank apparently are no exception.
Aside from some interior decorating, Kendra and Hank haven't made any improvements to the property. Their home listing touts the relaxing spa-tub in the master bath and the beautifully landscaped grassy yard adjacent to a heated saltwater pool and spa. But Kendra and Hank's marriage is ending and now they appear desperate to move on! We pay for juicy info! Do you have a story for RadarOnline.com?
