It's no secret that Kendra Wilkinson has an on-going family feud with her mother Patti Wilkinson. But RadarOnline.com has uncovered that instead of working on fixing her troubled relationship with her mother, Kendra has turned it into a way to garner more ratings for her current stint on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.
In a recent episode of Marriage Boot Camp, Kendra was in the process of renewing her vows to Hank Baskett when her mother Patti stood up and objected.
The episode turned into a screaming match with Kendra telling Patti, "The devil has eaten your soul!"
Now, a source tells RadarOnline.com that the whole scene was staged by Kendra to increase the ratings.
"She invited her mom out to the show," the source tells RadarOnline.com. "She reached out to her mom and then totally made her mom look ridiculous."

"They were going to have this big reconciliation and that's part of why Patti agreed to do it," the source says. "If Patti knew that Kendra was going to go off, she would have never done it."
"They didn't even talk one-on-one," the source says. "It was basically for ratings."
The incident left Kendra's mother shaken. "Patti was heart broken after that," the source says.
But for Kendra, the uproar "was not a surprise," according to the source. "Kendra knew" it was coming. Kendra even took advantage of the allegations that her husband had an affair with a transsexual, as RadarOnline.com reported, featuring the fall-out on the show.
Indeed, Kendra has made her living from reality TV ever since her debut on The Girls Next Door in 2005.
"As soon as they talk about canceling the show, something happens like a car accident or having a baby," the source says. "Kendra’s very good at grasping things that are going to continue the show."
