Jenner, 22, looked like she was auditioning to play the Joker, as she grinned ear to ear.
The model was leaving the Four Seasons George V hotel in Paris.
Earlier this month, she revealed her new look online, and fans immediately began to notice the difference.
“I suspect that Kendall has had her lips injected with a filler like Juvéderm,” noted plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Jenner, told RadarOnline.com.
Dr. Youn speculated Jenner might also have had work done to her cheeks and eyes.
