Kelly Rutherford opened up to Vanity Fair about her fight to regain custody of her two children, and RadarOnline.com has a gallery of her latest claims about the situation.

Rutherford has been locked in a nasty custody battle with her ex-husband that began while she was still pregnant with their second child. "Daniel made me go through a custody evaluation while I was pregnant. He sued me like he'd sued Google. He served me custody papers right up until I went into labor," she told Vanity Fair in a new interview.
Giersch wanted to be in the delivery room for the birth of their second child, but Rutherford -- "feeling vulnerable and upset" -- refused. While he complained to the media, she told Vanity Fair that he visited the baby and held her the "very next day."

The Gossip Girl star said she became uneasy with Giersch two years after her son's birth. "Daniel was subtly verbally abusive," she revealed. "He was trying to alienate me from everyone in my life -- my parents, my brother."

Giersch won primary custody of the children and lives with them in Monaco, while Rutherford travels to see them every third weekend. Vanity Fair stated she has flown to see them 70 times, but Giersch is only required to pay for six round-trip coach tickets a year.

Prior to their five weeks together in July and August this past summer in New York City, the actress refused to send the pair back to Monaco. Rutherford told the magazine that they Skype daily but they only saw each other in person 11 days from June 2014 through June 2015.

Rutherford's heartbreak was evident when she spoke about their absences. "My children and I have lost years of dailiness; how do you get those years back?"
