In 2015, Rowland dropped over 70 pounds in just four months after she gave birth to her son Titan.
Rowland is a huge fan of SoulCycle for getting her sweat on.
She refuses to deny herself delicious food — within reason. "The 80/20 rule is all the way real, 80 percent of the time you eat those foods giving you nourishment, you're eating clean," Rowland said.
"And 20 percent of the time, have guacamole, a ton of it like I do, and a margarita and maybe queso too," added Rowland.
Whatever she's doing is working, because the star looks amazing!
