A stunning house used to portray the Keeping Up With The Kardashians franchise has sold for a cool $5.25 million.

The amazing Italian style mansion instantly became recognizable for fans eager to find out what the Kardashian/Jenner clan was doing next.
The amazing house has actually been on and off the market for the past ten years before just finally finding a permanent buyer.
And its unique style has attracted plenty of movie and television producers to use its stunning façade over the years.
Based in up market Fryman Canyon the lavish estate also appeared on Chelsea Lately, American Horror Story, True Blood and Chuck and Ghost Whisperer.
However, most people will link it to the infamous reality family.
Now, it has a proud new owner who is getting the keys just in time for Christmas.
