Matt Bellamy rang in the New Year solo, ending his longtime relationship with actress Kate Hudson.
Since then, rumors have surfaced that Kate has moved on to longtime friend Derek Hough.
So what's a single man to do? Buy a bachelor pad of course!
The 1.76-acre spread includes a 2,810-square-foot 1950s ranch house with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, open plan living spaces with frameless glass walls and beautiful ocean views.
A separate one-bedroom and one-bathroom guesthouse is also included.
