Kailyn & Javi Talked About Getting Back Together: ‘We Worked So Hard To Get There’

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin tried to give their relationship another shot after ending their nearly four year marriage. The Teen Mom 2 star exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that they talked about getting back together before he began dating Briana DeJesus.
“Javi and I definitely talked about it,” Lowry, 26, told RadarOnline.com. “There were times where we were maybe getting back together. We knew in the back of our minds it wasn’t going to work.”
Lowry insisted all hopes of reconciling today are over. “I don’t know why we talked about it,” she said. “I wouldn’t get back together with him.”
Marroquin, 25, ended up dating Teen Mom 2 co-star Briana DeJesus instead. “Javi and I were in such a good place right before Briana and him started dating,” she explained. “We worked so hard to get there. It was disappointing when it all fell apart.”
On the current season, Lowry fights with both Marroquin and Dejesus because she doesn’t believe they are being honest about their relationship. Marroquin planned on staying in the same hotel as DeJesus, 24, with Lowry's sons Lincoln, 4, and Isaac, 8, without telling her. “Watching it back is really hard,” she said of the current episodes. “I have kept my mouth shut for so long about what Javi has done and continues to do. I wish he would’ve had my back more or keep his mouth shut. It is what it is.”
Marroquin and DeJesus were so serious during their nearly four-month relationship that he considered proposing. “I did not know about the proposal until after they broke up,” she said. “I would’ve told him he’s f**king crazy. That’s on him.”
Although her relationship with Marroquin today is “good,” the same can’t be said for DeJesus. As RadarOnline.com reported, DeJesus came out on stage “ready to fight” while filming an Unseen Moments special over the weekend. The two immediately “started arguing,” as an insider claimed DeJesus’ sister Brittany grabbed Lowry’s hair and pulled her to the ground. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup
